I Wanna be a Wrapper!

Yo Yo Yo Check check check it out.
*churpchurp crickets*
Alright, so obviously I didn't mean rapper.
I know my rhyming and cool limitations.

So I've been in a wrapping craze recently stemming from my new found love of my pseudo OCD that I have embraced in my life.

These few days I've been on an organizing rampage. Arranging then re arranging my office to my hearts content. I'm not about to question this sudden turn of new leaf. I'm just going to embrace it and make the best out of it.

So all this cleaning about, I've come to realize that throwing away stuff is not enough. You're bound to have some knick-a-bobbles left over that you deem too important to throw and yet have o use for them...yet.

So in this case storage is very important. Instead of running out to splurge on a new piece of plastic cube, I decided to go on a crafting trip.

Using any left over card boards and a nice piece of wrapping paper, you too can come up with this.

A simple storage compartment.

Get your paws on a box.

Measure out and cut the wrapping paper according to sketching.

Wrap it over and secure with tape or glue.

Voila! Fill it up with Jewelry, name cards, knick-a-bobbles, paper clips, etc

You can cut up the card board according to which ever shape or size you want.

Taa daa!~

These 4 boxes

Are the same as these.

I just line 2 sides with the floral print and the other 2 sides with a lacy print and voila! Same storage but with 2 different looks!

And thanks to the handy paper clip for securing the boxes together.

I can rearrange these boxed to my liking and mood. FTW!

Only spent a few ringgit on paper, the boxes and glue from office and a few hours of therapeutic crafting time.

P/S: Do you like making something on your own instead of buying it? Do share in the comment below.
