HUMMUS! excuse me...

One day I decided to make hummus(also spelt hamos, houmous, hommos, hommus, hummos, hummous or humus O.o"). I found a recipe online and decided to try it out.

Basically the recipe calls for all these ingredients ot be mashed up together. I made 2 versions; one with and the other without avocadoes.

This was what I ended up with. Looks decent enough but looks can be deceiving. The onion and garlic were raw and over powering. Perhaps if I had somehow cooked them 1st or blending them might have been better than using a masher. Another time and a smaller batch perhaps... warming it might help as well.

Blushing fish...

A little something I cooked up some time ago (Miss cooking so much. Need to get me an oven PRONTO!).
Got some cheap Dori fish from Carrefour so decided to bake it with some onions, garlic, carrots, salt, pepper and red spinach. As you might be able to tell this isn't a real recipe. I just decided to experiment with what I had and I must say I was quite pleased.



In case you notice and are wondering what are the shrooms and bowl of vege for, I stir-fried the oyster mushrooms (dirt cheap here) with some long beans n salad.

Wrap it up snuggly in tin foil and in to the oven this goes for about 10mins.

Tadaa~ I threw in some potatoes; dusted with salt pepper and anointed with olive oil; into the oven as well ^^

Pink Soup! Loved it!! Wondering where this blushing concoction came from? Well it's actually the juice left over from the fish and it's pink from the spinach, which gives me the idea to make soup next time. What shall I call it? You tell me...

He is our love child since we returned from our honeymoon with him.


Likes: any food especially ice cubes, food, raw hide, anything on the floor that can fit in his mouth, tummy rubs,
dislikes: the cone of shame, getting caught red handed (he'll hide when he pees or poos on the floor), lemon grass smell

Bad habits (any advise are welcomed with open paws)
1) chewing people and things.
2) peeing in the wrong places (right and wrong)
3) Licking anything, which is okay except he'll lick our shis tzu's er...'bola'. Mom thinks its cos he doesnt have his yet >_<" 4) barking when we leave the house (breaks my heart )

Achievements
1) No more crying or howling at night after just 3 days!!!
2) will sit, down , come n fetch (T&C)
3) pees n poos ind loo and pee tray.
4) sleeps a lot ind afternoon.


Sky lost his 1st baby tooth today^^
He was chewing on his toy when I got back from work and I noticed it had little wet red spots! (gasps in horror)
Then I inspected his mouth and discovered that he lost his one lil front tooth n_n
